Same-day dispatch on orders placed before the daily cut-off. Orders after the cut-off go out the next business day.

Domestic orders ship from the USA by UPS or USPS, fully tracked, and the tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier’s own network.

Flat $15 anywhere in the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the other US territories. International orders are a flat $35 to any destination we can ship to. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter a delivery address.

International parcels are fully tracked, but transit time depends on the destination and on customs, so no delivery date is promised. You are the importer of record: any customs duty, import tax or local restriction is the recipient’s responsibility, and clearance is decided by the destination country, not by us. Please check what you are permitted to import before ordering.

Plain outer packaging with no product references on the exterior. Vials are sealed and protected against light and movement.

If a shipment arrives damaged or a tracking number stops updating, contact support with the order number and it will be resolved.
